Resource Management Dashboard is a Salesforce dashboard that tracks estimated and actual hours, resource allocation by account, utilization trends, and timecard variance. It helps to monitor workload distribution and optimize resource planning. This dashboard uses data derived from the resource management reports. This dashboard is designed to be embedded in the Customer Success Management Workspace.

Name	Description
Total Estimated Hours by Account	Displays the total estimated hours by account. The total estimated hours is the sum of the hours field for planned and in-progress playbooks and playbook tasks. This helps track workload distribution by account and optimize resource allocation.
Total Estimated Work Allocated to CS Resource by Account	Displays the total estimated hours allocated to CS Resources by Account. The total estimated hours is the sum of current and next year’s planned and in-progress playbook and playbook task hours. This helps track workload allocation by CS Resources.
Total Timecard Hours Submitted by CS Resources	Displays the total timecard hours recorded by CS Resources over the last 60 days. This helps to assess the utilization of individual CS resources and identify trends in their workload distribution.
Total Estimated Work by CS Resources	Displays the total estimated hours allocated to CS Resources. The total estimated hours is the sum of current and next year’s planned and in-progress playbook and playbook task hours. This helps track workload allocation by CS Resources.
Timecard Hours and Variance by Resource	Displays the total timecard hours recorded by CS Resources over the last 60 days compared to their weekly worked hours. This helps to assess the utilization of individual CS resources and helps identify if CS Resources are being efficiently utilized.
