The table below shows the fields and buttons available by default on the portfolio object.
Fields Located on the Portfolio Object

The currency of the portfolio. |

The description of the portfolio. |
| Filter Type |
Supports scheduled updates to projects contained in the portfolio. |
| Last Modified By |
The user who last modified the portfolio. |
| Owner |
The owner of the portfolio. |
| Portfolio Name |
The name of the portfolio. |
Buttons Located on the Portfolio Object
| Manage Portfolio |
Opens the Manage Project window enabling you to create rules for the projects contained in your portfolio. |
Custom Actions Located in the Portfolio Object
| Update Portfolio |
Opens the Update Portfolio window, enabling you to update the portfolio. The update action refreshes the portfolio to capture projects that match the rules created for the portfolio and removes those that do not. |

Lookup field to the account associated with the project. |
| Currency ISO Code |
Lookup field to the currency ISO code associated with the project. |
| End Date |
Lookup field to the end date recorded on the project. |
| Group |
Lookup field to the group associated with the project. |
| Practice |
Lookup field to the practice associated with the project. |
| Project Name |
Lookup field to the project name recorded on the project. |
| Project Status |
Lookup field to the project status recorded on the project. |
| Region |
Lookup field to the region associated with the project. |
Buttons Located in the Manage Portfolio Window
| Cancel |
Cancels the changes to the portfolio. |
| Create Rules |
Opens the Create Rules window enabling you to define the rules for the portfolio. This enables dynamic portfolio creation. |
| Save |
Saves the changes to the portfolio. |

| Operator |
Enables you to include records based on a condition. You can select from the following operators, depending on the field selected:
- equals
- does not equal
- contains
- less than
- greater than
