Using Portfolios
Portfolios are collections of projects with similar criteria, such as goals, locations, and the type of work. Individual projects can be added to more than one portfolio.
To create a portfolio:
- On the Portfolios record page, click New.
- Enter the name of your portfolio, and a description if needed.
- Select the portfolio currency.
- Click Save.
To add portfolio items to your portfolio:
- On the Portfolio record, go to the Related tab.
- Click New In the Portfolio Items related list.
- Select the project to include in this portfolio. You can also select a currency for the project.
- Click Save, or Save and New to add more projects to your portfolio.
Your portfolio is now created and contains projects.
Click Manage Portfolio to open the Manage Portfolio window, where you can preview the projects you've added through the related list or by adding rules.

Dynamic Portfolio Management
You can update your portfolio to ensure all projects that align with the rules created for your portfolio are included, and those that do not are removed.
To update your portfolio, select Update Portfolio from the quick actions on the Portfolio record page. This displays the Update Portfolio window. Click Update and your portfolio refreshes.
