Resource Request Staffer Fields
The Resource Request Staffer component includes the following.
Some of these elements might not be visible or editable, depending on your permissions.
Open Resource Requests Fields
The Open Requests tab contains the Open Resource Requests grid with a series of buttons that allow you to control match settings, and to filter the contents of the grid.
Buttons
The following buttons are available in the Open Resource Requests grid.

| Match Resources | Matches resources to the selected resource requests. If there are resource requests on the Match Results tab, the resources matched to those resource requests are cleared and become available for the resource requests currently being matched. |
| Search |
Search the grid (including hidden columns) for a particular value. The search starts as soon as you type three or more characters. If searching for fewer than three characters, type the characters then press Enter. To clear the search, click Searching dates is not supported. |

Refreshes the grid to update the list of resource requests. For example, if resource requests that match the current filter criteria are created while Resource Request Staffer is open, click |

A drop-down list containing options for grouping resource requests in the grid. The values are derived from the columns in the grid. When the default columns are displayed, the values are:
If your administrator has customized the columns displayed in the grid by selecting a field set in Custom Columns Field Set in the Resource Request Staffer component properties, the values are derived from the fields in that field set. Opens and closes the Resource Details panel when a suggested resource is clicked in the grid. This panel lets you see how the resource compares to the credentials and skills outlined on the resource request, and whether the resource must match all or any of the essential skills. The following details are also displayed:

Opens and closes the Settings panel where you can adjust the priorities and weightings used to match resources. The values in this panel are preset from the Resource Search Service Settings. For more information about the match settings, see How Resources are Matched in Resource Request Staffer. When schedule availability is configured, availability is fixed as the lowest priority when ranking resources. When the Respect Staffing Preferences checkbox is selected, a resource request's staffing preference overrides the values in the Settings panel. For more information about staffing preferences, see Staffing Preferences Overview. |

Open Resource Requests Grid
The table below lists the columns displayed by default in the Open Resource Requests grid. Other columns might be displayed if your administrator has selected a field set in Custom Columns Field Set in the Resource Request Staffer component properties. For more information, see Resource Request Staffer Lightning Component Properties.

| Resource Request Id | The resource request record identifier. The format is RR- followed by a generated number. |
| Account | The account that relates to the resource request. |
| Project | The project that relates to the resource request. |
| Resource Role | The resource role specified on the resource request. |
| Start Date | The start date of the resource request. |
| End Date | The end date of the resource request. |
| Requested Hours | The number of requested hours on the resource request. |
| Status | The status of the resource request, such as "Ready to Staff". |
| Staffing Preference | The staffing preference record linked to the resource request, or blank if the resource request has no staffing preference. The match settings defined in the staffing preference override the values in the Settings panel if Respect Staffing Preferences is selected. For more information, see Staffing Preferences Overview. |
| Suggested Resource | The name of the resource that has been suggested on the resource request. |
Resource Request Match Results Fields
The Match Results tab contains the Resource Request Match Results grid with a series of buttons that allow you to action the matches, and filter the contents of the grid.
Buttons
The following buttons are available in the Resource Request Match Results grid.

| Clear Selected | Removes the matched resources from the selected resource requests. Cleared resource requests are removed from the Match Results tab and displayed on the Open Requests tab if they match the filter criteria. |
| Shortlist Selected | Adds the matched resources to the shortlists of the selected resource requests. |
| Hold Selected | Holds the matched resources against the selected resource requests. |
| Assign Selected |
Assigns the matched resources to the selected resource requests. The assigned resource requests are removed from the grid. This button is hidden if you are using Resource Request Staffer from within an opportunity record page because you cannot assign a resource to a resource request that is not linked to a project. |

| Match Quality |
The matched resource's match quality determined by how well the resource matches the resource request details. The match quality uses the match priority and field weightings defined in the Settings panel. |
| Availability |
The availability of the matched resource. This value indicates whether a resource can fully or partially cover the requested hours of work or if they are over allocated. If there is a preferred schedule on the resource request, the calculation considers the scheduled hours between the start and end dates in the preferred schedule. If there is no preferred schedule, the calculation considers the start and end dates of the resource request record. For more information, see Availability of Resources. |
Filters Panel
The table below lists the fields available by default in the Filters panel which can be opened by clicking
on the Open Requests or Match Results tab. Other fields might be available if your administrator has selected a field set in Custom Filters Field Set in the Resource Request Staffer component properties. For more information, see Resource Request Staffer Lightning Component Properties.

| Include Only Matched Resource Requests |
If selected, any resource requests that could not be matched are excluded from the grid. This checkbox is only available when filtering the Match Results tab. |
| Start Date From |
Filter the grid for resource requests with a start date on or after this date. When filtering the Open Requests tab, this defaults to today's date. It cannot be set to a date in the past. When filtering the Match Results tab, this defaults to blank. |
| Start Date To | Filter the grid for resource requests with a start date on or after the Start Date From but no later than this date. |
| Status | Filter the grid for resource requests with this status. The values Assigned, Cancelled, and Held are not listed because resource requests with those statuses are not available for staffing. |
| Project | Filter the grid for resource requests with this project. This field is hidden if you are using Resource Request Staffer from within a project or opportunity record page. |
| Opportunity | Filter the grid for resource requests with this opportunity. This field is hidden if you are using Resource Request Staffer from within a project or opportunity record page. |
| Region | Filter the grid for resource requests with this region. |
| Practice | Filter the grid for resource requests with this practice. |
| Group | Filter the grid for resource requests with this group. |
| Resource Role | Filter the grid for resource requests with this resource role. |
| Minimum Match Quality (%) |
Filter the grid for resource requests where the match quality is not less than this percentage. This field is only available when filtering the Match Results tab, and the Match Quality column is included in the grid. |
| Minimum Availability (%) or (Hours) |
Filter the grid for resource requests where the availability of the matched resource is not less than this percentage, or hours if Show Matched Resource Availability in Hours is selected in the Resource Request Staffer Lightning Component Properties. This field is only available when filtering the Match Results tab. |
Buttons
The following buttons become available once a change has been made in the Filters panel.

| Apply | Updates the grid to list only resource requests that match all the filter criteria. Any resource requests that do not match all the filter criteria are removed from the grid and deselected. |
| Clear | Removes all the values in the Filters panel except Start Date From. |
