Installations are carried out by the Certinia Onboarding team. To install the PSA AI Agent Service package, first make sure that the required packages are installed in your org, then contact your Customer Support representative.
Certinia Help Winter 2026 requires the following Certinia packages to be installed:
- Foundations Winter 2026 or newer
- PSA Core Winter 2026 or newer
- PSA Winter 2026 or newer
Post-Install Steps
Follow the steps described in this section to set up PSA AI Agent Service.
To perform the steps, you must be assigned the System Administrator profile.
