Resource Search Settings Fields
Here is a description of the fields that make up a resource search settings record. Some of these fields might not be visible or editable at all times, or in all package combinations.

Match Priority
| Field | Description | |

| Cost Rate Priority |
Determines the priority of cost rate when matching and ranking resources with Intelligent Staffing. Unlike other priority fields, by default, this field is blank and optional. The highest priority is 1, the next highest is 2, and so on. Priority values must be unique for all priority fields. |

| Filter Fields Priority | * | Determines the priority of Role, RPG, Worked With Customer, Preferred Resource, and resource search fields when matching and ranking resources with Intelligent Staffing. The highest priority is 1, the next highest is 2, and so on. Priority values must be unique. The default value for this field is 1. |
| Skills Priority | * | Determines the priority of skill ratings when matching and ranking resources with Intelligent Staffing. The highest priority is 1, the next highest is 2, and so on. Priority values must be unique. The default value for this field is 2. |

Field Weightings

| Custom Filter Fields Weighting | * |
Determines how important it is that the resource matches the filter values of any resource search fields that are not weighted individually. Essential means the resource must match custom filter field values. Other possible values from most important to least important are Ideal, Desirable, and Suggested. | Group Weighting | * | Determines how important it is that the resource matches the Group value. Essential means the resource's group must match the Group filter value. Other possible values from most important to least important are Ideal, Desirable, and Suggested. |
| Practice Weighting | * | Determines how important it is that the resource matches the Practice value. Essential means the resource's practice must match the Practice filter value. Other possible values from most important to least important are Ideal, Desirable, and Suggested. |
| Preferred Resource Weighting | * | Determines how important it is that the resource matches the Preferred Resource value. Essential means the resource must match the Preferred Resource filter value. Other possible values from most important to least important are Ideal, Desirable, and Suggested. |
| Region Weighting | * | Determines how important it is that the resource matches the Region value. Essential means the resource's region must match the Region filter value. Other possible values from most important to least important are Ideal, Desirable, and Suggested. |

| Worked With Customer Weighting | * | Determines how important it is that the resource has worked with the customer. Essential means the resource must have worked with the customer. Other possible values from most important to least important are Ideal, Desirable, and Suggested. |
Additional Settings

| Exclude Aspirational Skills and Certs | If selected, a resource's aspirational skills and certifications are excluded when matching resources. This checkbox is deselected by default. |
| Exclude Expired Skills and Certs | If selected, a resource's skills and certifications are excluded when matching resources if their expiration date is before the resource request's end date. This checkbox is deselected by default. |
| Skill or Cert Rating: Required Statuses | A comma-separated list of approval statuses that skill or certification ratings must have to be included in the resource matching process. By default, any status is valid. |
