Services Deliverable Fields

The Services Deliverable object includes the following fields. Some of these fields might not be visible or editable at all times, or in all package combinations.

Services Deliverable Fields
Field   Description
Active Deliverable Items R The number of active deliverable items associated with the deliverable.
Description   A customer facing description of the deliverable.
Monetary Pricing R

If selected, the services deliverable uses monetary pricing. This means the deliverable is priced in the project currency and available for selection when adding deliverables with monetary pricing to projects.

This field is automatically selected when clicking Enable Monetary Pricing on the services deliverable. For more information, see Creating Services Deliverables and Deliverable Items.
Services Credits Pricing R

If selected, the services deliverable uses services credits pricing. This means the deliverable is priced in services credits and available for selection when adding deliverables with services credits pricing to projects.

This field is automatically selected when clicking Enable Services Credits Pricing on the services deliverable. For more information, see Creating Services Deliverables and Deliverable Items.
Services Deliverable Name * The name of the services deliverable record.
Template Project   The template project containing the milestones that the items included in the deliverable are linked to. If the template project is deleted after the services deliverable record has been created, this field will be blank and will need to be updated with a new template project before the deliverable can be added to projects again.
Total Services Credits R

The sum of service credits on the related active deliverable items.

Disable Monetary Pricing

Disables monetary pricing for the services deliverable. This action automatically deselects the Monetary Pricing field on the services deliverable record.
