Forecast Detail Category Fields

Here is a description of the fields available on the Forecast Detail Category object.

Field	Description
Actuals	The Actuals value is the sum of: Billings: Expenses Billings: Milestones Billings: Misc Adjustments Billings: Timecards
Adjusted Value	Formula field representing the value displayed on the Services Revenue Forecast page for this forecast detail category. If an override value is present, it is displayed. If no override value is present, the original forecast value is displayed.
Billings: Expenses	The forecast billings for expenses.
Billings: Milestones	The forecast billings for milestones.
Billings: Misc Adjustments	The forecast billings for miscellaneous adjustments.
Billings: Timecards	The forecast billings for timecards.
Category Label	Lookup to the relevant forecast setup category label, for example, Expected. For more information, see Forecast Setup Category Fields.
Forecast Detail	Lookup to the relevant forecast detail record.
Forecast Override	Lookup to the currently active forecast override applied to this forecast detail category.
Forecast Setup Category	Lookup to the forecast categories used on the Forecast Setup page. For more information on forecast category setup, see Forecast Setup Fields.
Forecast Total Value	Calculated value for this forecast category, using the multipliers entered on the Forecast Setup page.
Override Created By	Lookup to the user who created the currently active forecast override applied to this forecast detail category.
Override Created Date	Created date and time of the currently active forecast override applied to this forecast detail category.
Override Notes	Notes on the currently active forecast override applied to this forecast detail category.
Override Value	Value of the currently active forecast override applied to this forecast detail category.
Scheduled: Assignments	The scheduled assignments.
Scheduled Backlog	The Scheduled Backlog value is the sum of: Scheduled: Assignments Scheduled: Held RRs Scheduled: Milestones Scheduled: Unheld RRs
Scheduled: Held RRs	The scheduled held resource requests.
Scheduled: Milestones	The scheduled milestones.
Scheduled: Unheld RRs	The scheduled unheld resource requests.
Unscheduled Backlog	Potential backlog, in the context of perpetual time periods (All Time Periods). The value is calculated as follows: Unscheduled Revenue minus Perpetual Backlog: Held RRs minus Perpetual Backlog: Unheld RRs. The relevant forecast curve is applied before being passed into the multipliers.
