Shift Management

With PSA Shift Management, you can schedule resources in daily shifts as part of a teamA group of resources who work together during a regularly-scheduled daily shift.. Resources attached to a team use a team schedule to designate their work hours.

Shift Management uses two interfaces to govern teams and shifts:

With the Manage Team page, you can create teams of resources designated to work a shift.
With the Team Schedule Planner, you can create reusable templates to define shift details (such as shift hours, number of spots on a work shift, and other details) and assign staff to work shifts (also known as time slots).
