Team Fields

Here is a description of the fields that make up a team record.

Key: * – Mandatory field.

Field   Description
All Team Members   When selected, the schedule is sent to all team members when a user clicks Send Schedule. This field is selected by default.
Anyone with Edit Access   When selected, a notification is sent to all team members with edit access when a team schedule is swapped. This field is deselected by default.
Currently Assigned Team Member   When selected, a notification is sent to the newly-assigned team member when a team schedule is swapped.
Custom Template Name (Schedule)  

Specifies the custom email template to use for sending team schedules.

Note:

This field value overrides any email template specified in the Email Template field in the Team Settings custom setting.

Custom Template Name (Swap)   Specifies the custom email template to use for sending team schedule swap notifications. Note this field value overrides any email template specified in the Email Template field in the Team Settings custom setting.
Description   The description of the team.
Enable Swapping   If selected, enables team members to swap shifts on the associated team schedule. This field is deselected by default.
Other Email Addresses (Schedule)   Specifies email addresses to receive the team schedule. Separate email addresses with commas.
Other Email Addresses (Swap)   Specifies email addresses to receive a notification when a team schedule is swapped. The value is a comma-delimited list of email addresses.
Previously Assigned Team Member   When selected, a notification email is sent to the previously-assigned team member when a team schedule is swapped.
Project * The project associated with the team.
Send Email to Others (Schedule)   When selected, an email with the team schedule is sent to email addresses specified in the Other Email Addresses field when Send Schedule is clicked.
Send Email to Others (Swap)   When selected, a team schedule swap notification email is sent to email addresses specified in the Other Email Addresses field when you swap a team schedule.
Team Name * The name of the team.
Team Owner * The resource who is assigned owner permissions for the team. A resource designated as the team owner does not require specific permission controls to assign team members or make changes to a team schedule.  
Time Zone * The team's time zone. The value is a picklist of time zones recognized by Salesforce.
Use Custom Template (Schedule)   When selected, the team schedule notification email uses the email template defined in the Custom Template Name (SCHEDULE) field. This field is deselected by default.
Use Custom Template (Swap)   When selected, the swap notification email uses the email template defined in the Custom Template Name (SWAP) field. This field is deselected by default.
