Swapping Team Schedules

Notes:

The team owner must enable this feature in order to swap team schedules. For more information, see Managing Teams.

If another team member has logged expenses or timecards against an assignment on a shift, you cannot swap that team member.

To swap a scheduled work shift with another team member:

Access the Team Schedule Planner page from:

The PSE Links sidebar on the Home tab.
The Open Team Scheduler button on the Manage Team page.
The Team tab.

Select the View Schedule tab on the Team Schedule Planner page.

Select your team in the Team picklist.

Using the date selector, select the day of the shift to swap.

Click Swap Shift.

In the Swap Shift dialog, complete the Swap Shift Fields fields.

Click Swap Shift.

Click Save.

Note:

Swapped shifts in the View Schedule tab display a Swap indicator next to team members who have swapped shifts. Hover your mouse pointer over the indicator for details on the most recent shift swap. This indicator shows only the most recent shift swap information and does not hold a history of preceding swaps.
