Adding a Plan to an Opportunity

To add a plan to an opportunity:

  1. If you have not already done so, select a price book for the opportunity on the Opportunity Detail page.
  2. Ensure that the products in the plan that you want to add exist in the selected price book.
  3. Click Add Plan.
  4. Enter the name of an active plan that you want to add, or click the lookup iconSalesforce Lookup Icon magnifying glass to search for it. The plan appears for you to check that it's the correct one.
  5. Click Add to Opportunity.
