Certinia workspaces provide information that is specific to individual business roles. Workspaces summarize information to help you prioritize your activities and provide easy access to the most relevant areas of the app. You can use workspaces to monitor and proactively address changes in your org.

Note: Workspaces use Lightning Experience to take full advantage of the Lightning App Builder. This means you can customize your users experience based on their specific requirements. The changes you make are saved in a cloned app. The original app remains unchanged.
