Monitoring Message Delivery

To monitor message delivery for a message type:

  1. On the Message Types tab, click the name of the message type that you want to view messages for.
  2. Click the Messages link.
  3. Click the Message ID of the message you want to view.
Tip:

The Deliveries related list contains the details of each delivery attempt. If delivery of a message failed, it has a status of Exception. You can attempt to redeliver a failed message. To do this, select the checkboxes of the failed deliveries, click Retry Deliveries then click Retry. See Resending Failed Messages.
