Resending Failed Messages

To attempt to redeliver a message that failed to send:

  1. From the Foundations Administration app, select the Message Types tab.
  2. From the list view, select the message type that contains the failed message. The message type is displayed.
  3. Click the Messages link.
  4. Click the Message ID of the message that failed.
  5. From the Deliveries related list, select the checkboxes of the failed deliveries that you want to retry.
  6. Click Retry Deliveries. The deliveries that you can retry are shown in the Retry Allowed related list. To retry these deliveries, click Retry.
