Scheduled Job Fields

Here is a description of the options and actions available on the Scheduled Jobs subtab on the Foundations Setup tab.

Options and Actions

Option/Action/Field	Description
Refresh	Click to discard changes and reload the tab.
Save	Click to save all changes made on the tab.
Name	Displays the name of the scheduled job.
Next Run	Displays if or when the job is scheduled to run.
Last Run	Displays if or when the job was last run.
Scheduled	Determines if the job is scheduled to run or not.
Actions	Displays the job's scheduled run time.
	Enables you to schedule when to run a job. See "Schedule" for more information.
	Enables you to run a job immediately.
Status	Blank – No job is running or has finished.
	The job has finished.

Schedule

Time	Description
Time	Determines the specific time at which Foundations runs a job.
Day/Date	Determines the specific days or dates on which Foundations runs a job.
Month	Determines the specific month or months in which Foundations runs a job.
Year	Determines the specific year or years in which Foundations runs a job.
