Scheduling Message Delivery

The Message Delivery job supplied with Foundations enables you to define when to send Foundations messages. You can schedule the Message Delivery job to deliver messages automatically and you can also run the job manually, if required.

To manage the Message Delivery job:

1. Click the Foundations Setup tab.
2. Click the Scheduled Jobs subtab.
3. In the Message Delivery row, do one of the following:
   • To view a summary of the schedule, click the information icon . To close the popup, click .
   • To deliver the messages now, click . When the job is complete, the status displays the  icon.
   • To set the time interval on which to deliver the messages, click and specify the schedule. For more information, see Configuring a Scheduled Job.

The scheduled job only runs if the Scheduled checkbox is selected.
