Deleting Mappings from a Messaging Relationship

You can delete a mapping to remove the source and target from a specific key if it is no longer relevant to your messaging relationship. This clears the source and target information from the mapping.

Notes:

If the key is not used for any mappings on the message type, it is deleted form the list.

Source and target information can only be removed from custom mappings.

To delete mappings from a relationship:

  1. On the Message Types tab, click the name of the message type that contains the relationship you want to customize.
  2. In the Relationship & Mapping Details section, click Manage Relationship and select the publication and subscription that make up the relationship.
  3. To make changes to an existing mapping, click and click Delete. The source and target are cleared.
