Setting up Certinia Highlight Picklist Cards

This topic describes how to add the FDN Highlight Picklist Card component to a Lightning Record page. For more information about the overall process, see Adding Customizable Lightning Components to Certinia Lightning Pages.

The picklist card displays the picklist value contained in a picklist field on the object that the Lightning Record page corresponds to. A threshold can then be added to the picklist card; the threshold determines the color the picklist card will be displayed in.

The color of the picklist card changes when the field’s value is above or below the threshold that has been set. If the value does not match the threshold rules, the picklist card is displayed in the default color.

To add a Picklist Card to a Lightning record page:

  1. Edit the Lightning Record page you want to add the component to. The Lightning App Builder is displayed.
  2. Click and drag the FDN Highlight Picklist Card component to the relevant part of the Lightning Record page layout. As you make changes to the component, the Lightning App Builder displays a preview of your updates.
  3. In the properties pane, complete the following information:
    1. Select the picklist field that you want to display on this picklist card.
    2. [Optional] Enter a custom label for the picklist field. Leaving this blank displays the default label for the selected field.
    3. [Optional] Select the default color to display the picklist card in.
    4. [Optional] Enter the picklist values you would like to display in green on the picklist card.
    5. [Optional] Enter a description for the picklist values that are displayed in green. The value in the Green Value Description field indicates that the value is at low risk.
    6. [Optional] Enter the picklist values that you would like to display in orange on the picklist card.
    7. [Optional] Enter a description for the picklist values that are displayed in orange. The value in the Orange Value Description field indicates that the value is a warning.
    8. [Optional] Enter the picklist values that you would like to display in red on the picklist card.
    9. [Optional] Enter a description for the picklist values that are displayed in red. The value in the Red Value Description field indicates that the value is at high risk.
