Managing Security and Sharing

If you have the privileges to do so, you can grant users access to PSA components:

• Permission Sets. These control access to PSA fields, Visualforce pages, Apex classes, and Objects.
• User profiles. These control access to PSA fields, Visualforce pages, Apex classes, and Objects. See the Salesforce Help for more information.
• PSA Apps. These control access to PSA tabs. See Applications.
• Salesforce Role Hierarchy, Org-wide Sharing Model and or Sharing Rules. These control access to PSA records.
