Editing a Reference

You can edit a reference itself or the reference formula segment. If you want to select a new plan or scenario reference, follow the steps for editing a reference. If you want to edit the functions, filters, or filter values contained in a reference, follow the steps for editing a reference formula segment.

To edit a reference:

1. On the Formula Builder, click next to the reference you want to edit.
2. Click Edit.
3. Click Back.
4. Select a new plan or scenario reference.
5. Click Next.
6. Click Save.

To edit the reference formula segment:

1. On the formula builder, click next to the reference segment that you want to edit.
2. If you want to change the function, select a different function. For more information, see Adding Calculations to Plan Cells in Builder Mode.
3. If you want to change the filters, select different filters. For more information, see Adding Calculations to Plan Cells in Builder Mode.
4. If you want to change the filter values, enter different filter values. For more information, see Adding Calculations to Plan Cells in Builder Mode.
5. Click .
6. Click Save.
