Renewing a Purchase Agreement

You can renew a purchase agreement as follows:

  1. Click the Purchase Agreements tab.
  2. Open the purchase agreement you want to renew.
  3. Click Create Renewal.
  4. [Optional] Add or edit any fields as necessary. For more information, see Purchase Agreement Fields.
  5. Click Save.
Notes:
  • You can only renew a purchase agreement record of type Purchase Agreement that has a status of "Active", "Expired", or a custom status, and a value on its End Date field.
  • All the fields in the Create Renewal window are populated with the values from the original purchase agreement, and the start and end dates are recalculated.
