Ending a Purchase Agreement

You can end a purchase agreement as follows:

  1. Click the Purchase Agreement tab.
  2. Select the purchase agreement you want to end.
  3. Click End Purchase Agreement.
  4. Enter a date in the Effective Date of Cancellation field.
  5. [Optional] Complete the remaining fields as required. For more information, see Purchase Agreement Fields.
  6. Click Save.
Notes:
  • This action cancels the purchase agreement, its purchase agreement lines, as well as any associated purchase orders, and its purchase order lines.
  • You can only end a purchase agreement when it has a status of "Active", "Approved", "Complete", "Submitted for Approval", or a custom status.
