Filtering Activities in Activity Tracker

To filter the activity data in Activity Tracker:

  1. In Activity Tracker, click Open the Filters Panel to open the Filters panel.
  2. [Optional] Select a saved filter set, then click Apply.
  3. Select an account. If you are on a record page, the Account field is pre-populated with the account associated with the record you are viewing.

  4. Select a date range.

  5. [Optional] Select My Activities to display only the activities that you own or are assigned to.
  6. [Optional] Search for and select one or more activity types to filter by.
  7. [Optional] Select one or more object types for which you want to view activities in the Upcoming Activities section.
  8. [Optional] If your administrator has enabled custom record types, you can search for and select one or more record types for which you want to view CS activities.
  9. [Optional] If your administrator has enabled additional fields in the Filters panel, you can search for and select the following objects for which you want to view CS activities:

    • Success plans
    • Objectives
    • Objective KPIs
    • Playbooks
  10. Click Apply to apply the selected filter options. To reset the filter options to their default values, click Reset.

  11. Click Close the Filters panel to close the Filters panel.
