Activity Actions Overview

Using the Activity Actions panel, you can quickly:

• Create CS activities, including draft CS activities
• View, edit, and delete your own draft CS activities in the Draft CS Activities section

To open the panel, click Activity Actions in the utility bar. If Activity Actions is not available in the utility bar, contact your administrator.

In the panel, you can click:

• to create CS activities, including draft CS activities
• to refresh the Draft CS Activities list to display any external changes
• to edit, create, or delete draft CS activities

Notes:

• Draft CS activity records:

  • Created in Activity Actions also display in Activity Tracker
  • Edited in Activity Actions also reflect the changes in Activity Tracker
  • Deleted in Activity Actions are also deleted from Activity Tracker
• Draft CS activities are retained using local storage and display when the current user accesses Activity Actions using the same browser, on the same computer.
