Editing CS Activities

You can edit CS activities in one of the following ways:

  • From Activity Tracker. This enables you to also edit draft CS activities.
  • From the CS Activity Notes tab in Value Tracker's Record Details panel.
  • From the CS Activities tab.

Editing CS Activities from Activity Tracker

To edit a CS activity from Activity Tracker:

  1. In the App Launcher, click Customer Success Management Workspace.
  2. Click the Activity Tracker tab.
  3. Click Actions next to the activity that you want to edit, then click Edit in the drop-down list. The Edit CS Activity window displays.
  4. Edit the information you want. The displayed fields might vary if your org uses custom record types. For more information, contact your administrator.
  5. Click Save.

Editing CS Activity Notes from Value Tracker

To edit a CS activity from Value Tracker:

  1. In the App Launcher, open the Success Plans tab.

  2. Click the Value Tracker tab.

  3. Select the parent objective KPI of the CS activity that you want to edit.
  4. Click Record Details to open the Record Details panel.

  5. In the CS Activity Notes tab, click Actions.

  6. Click Edit in the drop-down list. The Edit CS Activity window is displayed.
  7. Edit the information you want. The displayed fields might vary if your org uses custom record types. For more information, contact your administrator.
  8. Click Save.

Editing Draft CS Activities from Activity Tracker

To edit a draft CS activity from Activity Tracker:

  1. In the App Launcher, click Customer Success Management Workspace.
  2. Click the Activity Tracker tab.
  3. In the Draft Activities section, click Actions next to the draft activity that you want to edit.
  4. Click Edit/Create in the drop-down list. The CS activity creation window displays.
  5. [Optional] If the CS activity does not have a record type, select a record type, then click Next.
  6. Edit the information you want. The displayed fields might vary if your org uses custom record types. For more information, contact your administrator.
  7. Click Create or Save as Draft.

Editing CS Activities from the CS Activities Tab

To edit a CS activity from the CS Activities tab:

  1. In the App Launcher, click CS Activities.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • Click Actions Menu next to the activity that you want to edit, then click Edit in the drop-down list.
    • Click the activity that you want to edit, then click Edit on the CS activity's record page.
  3. Edit the information you want. The displayed fields might vary if your org uses custom record types. For more information, contact your administrator.
  4. Click Save to save the CS activity or Save & New to save the CS activity and create a new one.
