Deleting CS Activities

You can delete CS activities:

  • From the CS Activities tab
  • From the CS Activity Notes tab in Value Tracker's Record Details panel

  • From Activity Tracker
Note:

Deleting activities from the tracker also deletes the associated record and its related history tracking records.

Deleting CS Activities from Activity Tracker

To delete a CS activity from Activity Tracker:

  1. In Activity Tracker, click Actions next to the CS activity that you want to delete.
  2. Click Delete in the drop-down list. The deletion confirmation window displays.
  3. Click Delete in the drop-down list. The deletion confirmation window is displayed.

  4. Click Delete.

Deleting CS Activity Notes from Value Tracker

To delete a CS activity from Value Tracker:

  1. In the App Launcher, open the Success Plans tab.

  2. Click the Value Tracker tab.

  3. Select the parent objective KPI of the CS activity that you want to delete.
  4. Click Record Details to open the Record Details panel.

  5. In the CS Activity Notes tab, click Actions.

  6. Click Delete in the drop-down list. The deletion confirmation window is displayed.

  7. Click Delete.

Deleting Draft CS Activities from Activity Tracker

To delete a draft CS activity from Activity Tracker:

  1. In the App Launcher, click Customer Success Management Workspace.
  2. Click the Activity Tracker tab.
  3. In the Draft Activities section, click Actions next to the draft activity that you want to delete.
  4. Click Delete in the drop-down list. The deletion confirmation window is displayed.

  5. Click Delete.

Deleting CS Activities from the CS Activities Tab

To delete a CS activity from the CS Activities tab:

  1. In the App Launcher, navigate to the CS Activities tab.
  2. Click Actions next to the CS activity that you want to delete, then click Delete. The deletion confirmation window displays.
  3. Click Delete.
