Customizing the Record Search Windows
Administrators can set up additional custom columns to display in the tables of the following record search windows in Customer Success Cloud:
- Select Account
- Select Objective
- Select Objective KPI
- Select Playbook
- Select Success Plan
The record search windows in Customer Success Cloud can be accessed by clicking Show All Results for “ ” in the Account, Objective, Objective KPI, Playbook, and Success Plan lookup fields while creating or editing CS activities, objectives, playbooks, playbook tasks, and success plans. For more information about lookup fields, see Using Advanced Lookup.
Setting up additional columns enables customer success managers and leaders to view more information about the records they want to select in the creation and edit windows.
You can set up additional custom columns using the CS Cloud Record Search Window Settings custom setting and the following field sets:
- For the Select Account window: Account Search Window Columns in the Account object
- For the Select Objective window: Objective Search Window Columns in the Objective object
- For the Select Objective KPI window: Objective KPI Search Window Columns in the Objective KPI object
- For the Search Playbook window: Playbook Search Window Columns in the Playbook object
- For the Search Success Plan window: Success Plan Search Window Columns in the Success Plan object
You can also specify different field sets in the following fields of the CS Cloud Record Search Window Settings custom setting:
- For the Select Account window: Account Search Window Columns
- For the Select Objective window: Objective Search Window Columns
- For the Select Objective KPI window: Objective KPI Search Window Columns
- For the Select Playbook window: Playbook Search Window Columns
- For the Select Success Plan window: Success Plan Search Window Columns
