Customer Success Cloud Actions Lightning Component Properties

The CSC actions Lightning components enable you to add action links to Lightning pages. For more information about the available actions components and how to add them to a Lightning page, see Customer Success Cloud Lightning Components.

In the properties pane in Lightning, you can select which links are shown by selecting or deselecting the relevant checkboxes. This table lists the fields available in the properties pane of the Lightning App Builder for the following components:

Note: You must follow the steps detailed in Setting Up CS Activity AI Summaries to use the Generate Executive Briefing action in the panel.
