Customer Success Cloud Lightning Components
Certinia provides Customer Success Cloud custom Lightning components that you can add to Lightning pages. You can also customize these components. You need permissions to access and use Certinia Lightning components.
Adding Lightning Components to a Page
- From Setup | Lightning App Builder, select the page you want to add a Lightning component to.
- Click and drag a component on to the relevant part of the Lightning page layout.
- [Optional] Use the options in the component properties to configure the component. See the table below for more information about a component's properties.
- Save your changes and activate the page if required.
- [Optional] Set your changes as the org wide default and click Close.
