CSC Account AI Summary Lightning Component Fields

The table below shows the buttons available in the CSC Account AI Summary Lightning component on account record pages. For more information about this component, see Customer Success Cloud Lightning Components.

Buttons

Buttons in the CSC Account AI Summary Component

Button	Name	Description
Generate	Generate	Generates the AI account summary. Displays when no summary has been generated yet.
	Share Options	Opens a drop-down menu with the Save Account Summary action. You can save a summary to revisit and reuse the summarized content at any time without having to regenerate it.
	Regenerate Summary	Enables you to generate a new account summary, replacing the current one.
	Open Next Steps Panel	Opens the Next Steps panel, which lists the actions you can take for the section you are currently viewing. The available action is Create Expansion Opportunity in the Suggested Expansion Opportunities section. You can use that action to create an expansion opportunity record. The description field is automatically populated based on the AI-suggested expansion opportunities.
	Like	Marks the AI-generated content for this section as helpful. The feedback helps improve future AI output.
	Dislike	Marks the AI-generated content for this section as not helpful. The feedback helps improve future AI output.
