Generating an Account Summary

To generate an account summary:

  1. Go to the account record page that you want to generate an account summary for.
  2. Click Generate Account Summary in the Actions panel.
  3. Review the summarized information in the Generate Account Summary window.
  4. [Optional] Save the summary for future use:

    1. Click Save Account Summary.
    2. Enter a name for the account summary.
    3. Click Save.
Tip:

You can create expansion opportunities from account summaries by clicking Create Expansion Opportunity in the Generate Account Summary window. This uses the summary’s suggested expansion opportunities to automatically populate your new expansion opportunity’s description. For more information, see Creating Expansion Opportunities.
