Setting up Playbook AI Summary
Before you can use Playbook AI Summary in Customer Success Cloud, you must:
- Set up Einstein Generative AI in your org. For more information about setting up Einstein Generative AI, see the Salesforce Help.
- Install the Certinia AI Adapter Package to use Playbook AI Summary.
- Assign the Apex class permissions described in Playbook AI Summary Lightning Component Permissions.
- Ensure users have Read permissions to the Playbook object and fields, and to the related records summarized on the playbook, such as playbook tasks, CS activities, contacts, and resources.
- Ensure users have Read permissions to the account fields shown in the Account Highlights section of the summary. To change which account fields are displayed in the Account Highlights, edit the Account Highlights Field Set field in the CS Cloud Playbook AI Summary Settings custom setting. For more information about the field set that defines these fields, see Account Field Sets.
We recommend that you add Playbook AI Summary to the Playbook Record Page. For more information, see Customer Success Cloud Lightning Components.
