Managing a Resource Request Shortlist Using the Certinia Resourcing Agent

The Certinia Resourcing agent can view, add to, remove from, and update the status of resources on a resource request shortlist. Shortlist operations do not require your approval and are applied immediately.

This feature is part of the Certinia Early Adopter Program. This program is only available to a limited number of customers. For more information, contact your Certinia Account Team.

1. Open an agent chat.
2. To view the current shortlist, enter Show me the shortlist for the <resource request name> resource request. The agent returns the shortlisted resources and their current status.
3. To add candidates, enter Add <resource name> to the shortlist for <resource request name>. You can add multiple resources in a single request.
4. To update a status, enter Set <resource name> to Approved on the <resource request name> shortlist. Available statuses are Pending, Approved, and Rejected.
5. To remove a candidate, enter Remove <resource name> from the <resource request name> shortlist.
