The scoping requirement set record includes the following fields.

Buttons
The scoping requirement set record includes the following buttons.

| Add Action Set | Opens a window to create a scoping action set for the requirement set. |
| Add Multiple Choice Response | Inserts a multiple choice response below the currently selected response. A multiple choice response is one that can be selected out of a list of choices by the user. |
| Add Multiple Choice Response Above | Inserts a multiple choice response above a custom response. A multiple choice response is one that can be selected out of a list of choices by the user. |
| Add Requirement | Adds a requirement to the scoping requirement set. |
| Add Section | Adds a section to the scoping requirement set. |
| Insert Custom Response | Inserts a custom response below the currently selected response. A custom response is one that can be manually entered by the user. |
| Insert Requirement Below | Inserts a requirement below currently selected requirement. |
| Insert Section Below | Inserts a section below the currently selected section. |
| Manage Scoping Variables | Opens a window to add, delete or edit scoping variables for the requirement set. |
