Configuring Scoping Action Sets

You manage scoping action sets from the Scoping Requirement Set record. To configure a scoping action set:

  1. Open the Scoping Requirement Set record.
  2. On the Setup tab, click Add Action Set.
  3. Enter a name.
  4. [Optional] To add an action set condition, specify a field, operator, and value under the Trigger heading. The Field drop-down menu displays the scoping variables you have created, and the value is a numerical value representing the scoping variable.
Note:

The trigger is set to take action when all conditions are met by default. If you do not want to add an action set condition, select "None" in the Take Action When drop-down menu. When "None" is selected, the action always runs.

  1. Click Add Action to add an action to the set.
  2. [Optional] Add a condition to a specific scoping action to filter which records the action affects.
  3. [Optional] Reorder the actions in the set by dragging, or using the keyboard.
  4. Click Apply.
  5. Click Save.

To delete an action set, click next to the scoping action set record you want to delete.

Note:

Deleting an action set also deletes its actions.
