Configuring Scoping Actions

To add a scoping action to a scoping response:

  1. Go to the response you want to add actions to, and click Manage Actions.

  2. Select an Action Type. You can select one of the following:

    • "Set Field Value"
    • "Modify Field Value"
    • "Delete Record"
    • "Run Flow"
    • "Set Input as Value"
    • "Add Record"
    • "Select Estimate Product Item"
  3. Depending on the action type selected, different fields are displayed. Complete the relevant fields according to the action type selected in the table below:

    1. Select a Target Object.
    2. Select a Target Field.
    3. Enter a Field Value.
    Modify Field Value
    1. Select a Target Object.
    2. Select a Target Field.
    3. Select a Modify Field Value Operator.
    4. Enter a Field Value.
    Delete Record Select a Target Object.
    Run Flow Search for and select a Flow.
    Set Input as Value Ensure the Target Object and Target Field are specified on the custom response.
    Select Estimate Product Item In the Estimate Product Items field, search for and select the estimate product items to include. You must select at least one estimate product item.
  4. Click Save.
