Gantt (Beta) Overview

Gantt (Beta) enables you to create and manage project tasks in sandbox orgs only, and not to manage live projects.

This feature is in development and is not currently supported in PSA. If you enable Gantt (Beta), you are acknowledging this information and agreeing to provide feedback to help us with future development.

When you have opened Gantt (Beta) from a project, any existing tasks, dependencies and project task assignments (PTAs) are loaded.

Opening Gantt (Beta)

Note: Your administrator must have enabled Gantt (Beta), and the Gantt (Beta) button must be available on the Project detail page.

To open Gantt (Beta):

  1. Open an existing project.
  2. Click Gantt (Beta). Gantt (Beta) opens, and your project details are displayed in two panes: Task Grid and Gantt Chart.
Tip: The first time that you open Gantt (Beta) for a project that contains tasks, the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) column might not reflect your existing hierarchy. We recommend that you save the project before you make any changes.
