Customizing Tooltips in the Resource and Project Planners

You can customize the tooltips that display when users hover over an assignment, held resource request, resource or project in the Resource and Project Planners.

You can:

• Add extra fields to the Assignment Tooltip Field Set, Res Request Tooltip Field Set and Tooltip Fields for Project Planner field sets.
• Edit the tooltip settings, in Resource and Project Planners Settings and Preferences, to reference a field set you create on the corresponding object.
• Personalize tooltips for specific profiles or users by defining hierarchy settings.

Tooltips display default information even if you don't customize them.
