Deleting Contracts

To delete a contract from the Contract detail page:

1. Click Delete on the Contract Detail page of the contract you want to delete.
   Note:

   Notes

   

   This also deletes the contract line items that belong to the contract.

   You cannot delete a contract that has a status of Active.
2. Click Delete or OK.

To delete a contract from the Contracts list view:

1. Select the checkbox next to the contracts you want to delete.
2. Click Del next to the contract you want to delete.
3. To confirm, click OK.

Note

Only Contracts that are not Active are deleted.

Deleting Contract Lines

To delete a contract line item on the Contract Detail page do one of the following depending on whether the enhanced Contract Detail page is displayed:

• On the enhanced Contract Detail page, click the remove icon next to the product or plan you want to remove.
• On the Salesforce Contract Detail page:
  1. Click Del next to the contract line you want to delete in the Contract Line Items related list of the Contract Detail page.
  2. Click OK.
