Resource Request Lightning Components Overview

By default, the Resource Request page includes the Details, Resourcing, Actions, and Related tabs and a compact layout that is customizable:

  • The PSA Resourcing component in the Resourcing tab enables resource managers to identify the ideal resource for the resource request, who also has the capacity to do work that fits into their existing schedule. For more details, see Managing Resource Requests
  • The PSA Actions: Resource Request Details component in the Actions tab enables resource managers to Epic manage skills and resource request sets.
  • The Record Detail and Related List components in the Details and Related tabs are standard Salesforce components.

You can edit the page and set various properties in the Lightning App Builder for the PSA Resourcing component. For more information, see Resourcing Lightning Component Properties.

Note:

Settings in the Resource Single Staffer configuration groupClosed A collection of configuration options contained in the configuration groups tab that defines behavior of a PSA object or feature. as described in Advanced Search Filters are not supported on the Resource Request Lightning page.
