Cloning CS Activities

You can clone an existing CS activity using the Clone quick action button available on CS activity record pages. This enables you to create new CS activities.

Associated records, such as objectives, success plans, and playbooks are copied to the new, cloned version. Once you have cloned a CS activity, you are directed to the new record, where you can update the information as required.

To clone a CS activity:

  1. Go to the record page of your existing CS activity.
  2. Click Clone .
  3. [Optional] Update the fields as required.
  4. Click Save. The new CS activity opens.
