SECTIONSCS Resource Skill Fields
The CS Resource Skill junction object stores a many-to-many relationship between the CS Cloud Resource and CS Skill objects. The CS Resource Skill object includes the following fields.

| CS Resource Skill Name | The name of the CS resource skill. |
| CS Skill | The CS skill associated with the CS resource skill. |

| Numerical Rating | The numerical rating of the resource's level of competence in the skill. |
| Rating | The resource's level of competence in the skill. The Rating global picklist value field set contains the options available in this picklist field. |
