Creating CS Resource Skills

To associate CS skills with CS Cloud resources from the Resource Skills tab of the resource's record page:

1. On the CS Cloud Resources tab, click the resource that you want to associate the CS skill with. The resource's record page displays.
2. On the resource's record page, click the Resource Skills tab.
3. Click Add Skills.

4. Search for and select the skills you want to associate with the resource. You can view skills related to the searched keyword, including their type and the role they are associated with. Enter at least two characters in the Search CS Skills... field and click Show All Results for “ ” to open the Select CS Skill window. Then, select the skills that you want from the grid and click Select to add them to the skills grid in the Add Skills window. For more information, see Using Advanced Lookup.

5. [Optional] In the Minimum Rating field, select the resource's level of competence in the CS skill.

6. Click Add. The added skills display in the Skills Management grid.

To associate a CS skill with a CS Cloud resource from the CS Resource Skills related list of the CS Cloud resource's record page:

1. On the CS Cloud Resources tab, click the resource that you want to associate the CS skill with. The resource's record page displays.
2. On the resource's record page, click the Related tab.
3. Click New in the header of the CS Resource Skills related list. The New CS Resource Skill window opens.
4. [Optional] In the Minimum Rating field, select the resource's level of competence in the CS skill.
5. Select the CS skill to associate with the resource.
6. Click Save to save your new CS resource skill record or Save & New to save your new record and create another CS resource skill record.
