Editing Success Plan Skills

You can edit success plan skill records from:

  • The Success Plan Skills related list on the success plan's record page.
  • The Skills Management grid in the Success Plan Skills tab.

Editing Success Plan Skills from the Success Plan Skills Related List

To edit a success plan skill from the Success Plan Skills related list:

  1. On the Success Plan tab, click the success plan that you want to edit. The success plan's record page displays.
  2. On the success plan's record page, click the Related tab.
  3. On the Success Plan Skills related list, click Show Actions next to the success plan skill record you want to update.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. [Optional] Select a new minimum rating for the success plan skill.
  6. [Optional] Search for and select the CS skill set you want to associate with the success plan skill.
  7. Click Save to update the success plan skill record or Save & New to update the record and add another success plan skill. The updated success plan skill and any newly added success plan skills display in the Success Plan Skills related list.

Editing Success Plan Skills from the Skills Management Grid

To edit the minimum rating of a success plan skill from the Skills Management grid:

  1. On the Success Plan tab, click the success plan that you want to edit. The success plan's record page displays.
  2. On the success plan's record page, click the Success Plan Skills tab.
  3. Double-click the cell in the Minimum Rating column of the skill you want to edit and select the required minimum rating.

  4. Click Save.
