RAID Tracker Overview

RAID Tracker is a project management tool that assists project managers and teams in effectively managing and tracking Risks, Actions, Assumptions, Issues, Decisions, and Dependencies (RAID) throughout the project lifecycle.

The RAID Tracker is available under the Project Plan tab on the Project Lightning page. This provides a centralized single view of all the risks, actions, assumptions, issues, decisions, and dependencies associated with a project. A global search box is available to help you find different field values on the RAID Tracker Grid.

By using a RAID Tracker, you can:

  • Analyze risks, actions, assumptions, issues, decisions, and dependencies associated with a project using variables like likelihood, impact, priority, and severity.
  • Understand the current status of all the RAID objects, the milestone it is associated with, the date it is raised, and the date it is closed.

The sub-header displays the total number of records and indicates any applied filters. When switching views through Change View, it also displays the current view with the number of records.

Notes:
  • You can view up to 100 records at once for each view on the grid.
  • The last modified record including any newly created record is displayed on the top of the grid.
