Executive Briefing Lightning Component Fields
The tables below show the buttons and fields available for the executive briefing in the CSC AI Record Summary Lightning component on account record pages. For more information about this component, see Customer Success Cloud Lightning Components.
The CSC AI Record Summary component also displays other summary types. You select the summary you want to view using the drop-down next to the summary name, and the buttons available depend on the summary you select.
Buttons
The table Buttons for the Executive Briefing details the buttons available when you select the executive briefing.

| Generate | Generate | Generates the executive briefing. Displays when no briefing has been generated yet. |

Edit | Opens the Edit Executive Briefing window, where you can change the generated content of each section. |

Export as Presentation | Opens the Export as Presentation window, where you select a CS presentation template and download the executive briefing as a PowerPoint presentation. Displays only if you have access to the CS Presentation Template object. |

Save | Opens the Save Executive Briefing window, where you name the briefing and save it as a CS AI Summary record so that you can revisit and reuse the content at any time without having to regenerate it. Displays only if you have permission to create CS AI summary records. |

Regenerate Summary | Generates a new executive briefing, replacing the current one. |

Like | Marks the AI-generated content for this section as helpful. The feedback helps improve future AI output. |

Dislike | Marks the AI-generated content for this section as not helpful. The feedback helps improve future AI output. |
Fields
The table Fields for the Executive Briefing details the fields available before you generate the briefing.

| End Date | The end of the period that the executive briefing covers. Defaults to today. |
| Start Date | The start of the period that the executive briefing covers. Defaults to six months before today. |
Summary Sections
The generated executive briefing is organized into sections that display as tabs on narrow layouts and as a vertical list on wider layouts. Each section shows the period it covers alongside the date and time it was generated, or the date and time it was edited. The Executive Overview, Key Achievements, Risks and Challenges, and Growth Opportunities sections also list the CS Activity records used to generate them in a Sources list.
