Generating an Agenda from a Business Review Summary

You can generate an Agenda from a business review summary in the following ways:

  1. Select Business Review Summary on the Lightning component and click Generate.
  2. Click and select Generate Business Review Agenda.
  3. In the Generate Business Review Agenda window, copy the email subject and body and paste it into a new message in your email app.

  1. Click Generate Business Review Summary in the Actions panel on the account record page.

  2. In the Generate Business Review Summary window, click Generate Business Review Agenda.
  3. In the Generate Business Review Agenda window, copy the email subject and body and paste it into a new message in your email app.
Note:

The Generate Business Review Agenda action isn't available if the business review summary contains insufficient data, or if Key Stakeholders is the only section that is displayed. If an individual section has no next steps or no data, its next steps panel states that no next steps are available in that section.
