Generating an Agenda from a Business Review Summary
You can generate an Agenda from a business review summary in the following ways:
Using Business Review Summary on CSC AI Record Summary Lightning component
- Select Business Review Summary on the Lightning component and click Generate.
- Click
and select Generate Business Review Agenda. - In the Generate Business Review Agenda window, copy the email subject and body and paste it into a new message in your email app.
Using Generate Business Review Summary window

Click Generate Business Review Summary in the Actions panel on the account record page.
- In the Generate Business Review Summary window, click Generate Business Review Agenda.
