Generating a Business Review Summary

You can generate a business review summary from:

  1. In the CSC AI Record Summary component, select Business Review Summary.
  2. Click Generate.
  3. Review the generated sections in the component.
  4. [Optional] Click to save the business review summary.
  5. [Optional] Click to regenerate the business review summary.
  1. Go to the account record page that you want to generate a business review summary for.
  2. Click Generate Business Review Summary in the Actions panel.
  3. Review the summarized information in the Generate Business Review Summary window.

  4. [Optional] Save the summary for future use:

    1. Click Save Business Review Summary.
    2. Enter a name for the business review summary.
    3. Click Save.

When you generate an AI summary, the system saves it. If you view the summary again and the underlying data has not changed, the system instantly shows the original summary without consuming extra tokens. To view new updates, regenerate the summary.

The AI summary cache clears daily at 12:00 AM org time.
