ActionCloneEstimateAsync
Clones a source estimate into a new estimate. Creates the new estimate record immediately, then copies its related records, such as role requests and products, in a background job. Use this action to duplicate an estimate asynchronously. Accepts exactly one request per call and requires acknowledgement that completion is not guaranteed before the next flow step runs. Returns the new estimate ID and a job ID to track when the copy finishes.
